Mathew and I are back from a fantastic break in sunny Crete, and we’ve just about tackled the mountain of admin left over from last week. It’s nice to be back in Leeds, even if it’s not quite the 34 degree sun-baked landscape we enjoyed last week!
While we’ve been away, we’ve been making plans to improve our services. We’ve given Red Robot Media a spring clean and will be pushing ahead with more products and a more organised ordering system.
By now you’ve probably noticed that we’ve relaunched our website! The new design is a complete refresh and has been redesigned from the ground up for better usability. It’s also responsive, so no matter what kind of device you use to browse the site, you should enjoy a better experience.
This week, we’ll be adding even more content, including several case studies with some of our biggest clients. Over the next month, we’ll be launching some new services, adding some video content and blogging regularly about our plans.
For the last year and a half we’ve been using a London mailing address, but we’re actually based in Leeds. We realised this was confusing for people who were looking for a copywriter in Leeds (or a copywriter in London!).
We’ve now changed the Red Robot Media address to reflect our location; you can see our new contact information in the footer below. Please update your records. We will be phasing out the old address over the next few months.
Work this week
This week we’re back to our usual SEO copywriting and technical writing projects, and we’ll be processing all blogs in the normal timescale. Please feel free to contact us with any comments about the site, or to book in new writing assignments.
Our next break
We’re now back in the office until mid-August when we’ll be away for another short break. Next time, we’ll be getting married, so we really won’t be able to work!
Paul always covers for us while we’re away, but we still like to be organised. Please give us plenty of notice for all projects; this helps us to work ahead of schedule and make sure everyone receives scheduled blogs and articles on time.
