We’re very pleased to announce that Red Robot Media is 8 years old today.
After very humble beginnings at Claire’s kitchen table in 2010, the business has gone from strength to strength. Over the last 12 months, we’ve taken over a much bigger office, and we’re working on larger, long-term business content writing and technical authoring projects.
We’ve also deliberately stayed small. We understand that deadlines are our clients’ priority, and quality can suffer if teams can’t communicate well. Building a small, highly committed team has worked well for us, and we plan to continue with that strategy.
I’m immensely proud of the team we have, and the quality of the service that we offer. We’ve recently picked up a slew of new clients, and we’ve received three five-star reviews on our Google listing. That proves that we’re offering valuable solutions to our clients, whether they commissioned us to write user guides when we started, or they signed up for some content in the last few weeks.
Every assignment we get helps to keep the company going. But more importantly, it gives everyone in our team a sustainable income and a flexible family life. We all have young kids, and our clients make it possible for us to write awesome content while paying the bills, and ensuring we have time to spend with our children.
This is valuable to all of us, and we really appreciate your support in making it possible.
