As the situation around coronavirus continues to evolve, we’re aware that the UK may soon see an increase in cases, and this could lead to widespread disruption.

All of us at Red Robot work from home, so we’re already well-practised in ‘self-isolating’ – and that’s what we will continue to do. But some of us have young children, so even if we manage to avoid being ill, school or nursery closures may reduce working hours across the team. We don’t yet know whether closures are likely to happen, but we are monitoring the situation as best we can.

If a piece of content, or a user guide, is likely to be delayed because of illness or some other issue, we will let you know as soon as possible via email. We will reschedule and provide new delivery estimates as soon as possible.

Throughout March and the remainder of April, we will be limiting client visits and meetings in person until the situation becomes clearer. We have various web conferencing tools that can be used during this time.

If you have any questions, please drop us a line using the email form on our contact page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
