About Red Robot Media

Red Robot Media was launched in March 2011 to provide affordable quality copywriting services. The company operates from Leeds (UK), but we work with clients all over the world.

We’ve worked for companies you may have heard of, including the Department of Health, Wish.co.uk, the BBC, Lifehacker, Olark, Parcel2Go, BusinessZone, Ordnance Survey, License Dashboard, Evolven and Eventbrite.

What makes us different?

  • We’re as ethical as we possibly can be. Our aim is to make green choices every step of the way.
  • We are utterly reliable (perhaps we shouldn’t admit this, but we even reply to emails when we’re on holiday).
  • We are more affordable than you may expect; don’t risk the reputation of your business by hiring a sub-standard content writer.

Premium copywriting need not burn a hole in your pocket. We keep costs down by working in the cloud, being as efficient as possible and keeping our overheads low.

Every company we work with benefits from top-notch web content, technical writing and copywriting services without breaking the bank.

The Red Robot Media team

We have two full-time staff and part-time support in project management, document testing and copywriting. All staff are fully trained, qualified and experienced. Unlike other content creation companies, we don’t ‘farm out’ work to people we don’t know.

Copywriting prices

Every job is different, so it’s very difficult to use a fixed rate. If we published an average, it would be misleading for almost everyone!

We would encourage you to get in touch for a quote and provide a few details about your job in the first instance.
